I know I said I wasn't going to post until March but I've been nominated for an award, The Versatile Blogger Award no less.
Thank you so much Aagaard Farms! I love to read other Manitoba blogs to find out what challenges and successes people are having that I can relate to and Aagaard Farms has really been one of my goto resources. I'm also a loyal follower of Aagaard Farms on Twitter where they're listed as @aagaardfarms.
Okay, so I have to mention seven random things about me (shouldn't be too hard, my head's full of random thoughts):
1. I hate wearing high heels and would rather poke my eyes out than clothes shop.
2. I'm starting a nature club at my daughter's elementary school.
3. I'm an internet social activist.
4. I'm a bigger hockey fan than my husband.
5. I'm the family genealogist having put long lost family members in touch with one another.
6. My favorite food is a Black Forest cake.
7. QI is my all time favourite show.

Hi Adele, Thanks so much for Versatile Blogger Award! Just checked the temp in Winnipeg. Blimey! it's a tad cold. Been snowing a bit in London (UK) over the last week, and as always, all sorts of activities and transport come to a standstill as the first flakes fall!. Haven't been out gardening for a week now (due to snow and frost), but have started sowing a few seeds on windowsills and ordering a few more seeds too (just can't help myself).
